Bretton Woods Recreation Center is hiring experienced kitchen stewards. This position will aid in food preparation for events, help wash dishes and will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience. Essential Functions:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment and safety procedures in the dishroom
- Knowledge and understanding of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear required uniform
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Must be flexible, positive and have the ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Have the ability to work under pressure and focus on multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced, where change and improvement is always present
- Availability to work an open schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends and Holidays
- Reliable transportation (no access to public transportation)
