We have an immediate need for a Dishwasher to join the team at The Lodge at Bridgemill, one of United Group's, professionally managed active adult communities located in Canton, GA.

Major Tasks + Key Responsibilities:

• Inspects all dishwasher and pot sink areas to ensure cleanliness and safety concerns; takes immediate action to correct any deficiencies.
• Ensures all dishes are clean and fully dried before putting away.
• Ensures garbage cans are emptied as needed and end of shift and garbage cans are properly cleaned out and relined prior to clocking out.
• May be asked to assist with bussing in the dining room if business volume dictates.
• Abides by all Company rules, regulations, and policies.
• Abides by all attire, hygiene, and personal appearance requirements per Company policy.
• Ensures all dishwashing supplies are stocked for service; will be required to immediately report shortages to the Head Chef and/or Property Manager.
• Assists with all special functions and continental breakfast function set up and break down as needed.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area at all times; understands all safety and emergency procedures.
• Attends all in service training/meetings.
• Practices teamwork at all times.
• Performs all other duties assigned by the Dining Room Manager and Property Manager.

Job Overview + Requirements:

• Job Type: Dishwasher; $14 per hour
• Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday; Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays as needed.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume dishwasher position
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours; bend, push, pull and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Qualities: Must be professional, articulate, friendly and punctual. Ability to conduct business with enthusiasm, assertiveness, and have the ability to serve as a role model exuding a positive attitude and professional decorum. Detail oriented; regards prompt follow up to open issues as a priority. Professional presentation to be compatible with the established guidelines of United Group and Campo Felice resort-style service.
