Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Clean and maintain all trash bins. Deposit kitchen area garbage in dumpsters. Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, trash and other obstacles. Organize and maintain storage of all dishware. Overtime pay for holidays worked!
