The Dirt Trail Maintenance Crew at Woodward Camp is an integral part of the camper's experience. They will be responsible for keeping Woodward's renowned dirt facilities operating at a high level. The Dirt Trail Maintenance Crew is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure all the courses/features are in safe, ridable, and presentable condition. In addition the Dirt Trail Maintenance Crew should be focused on the safety of the campers and staff at all times.

  • Proposed hiring rate of $15.50 actual pay will be adjusted based on experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • General experience with maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
  • General experience with lawn care maintenance
  • Certified with applicable equipment
  • General knowledge in mechanical and small engine maintenance
  • Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team.
BASIC SCHEDULE/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must successfully pass a background screening to ensure suitability of contact with minor children and the public, in accordance with federal, state, and local jurisdictions
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment
  • Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings:
  • On-site work attendance at Woodward West : Summer Camp Season (June 4th- August 19th)
