DIRECTOR - RN - PSYCHIATRY - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Seeking a Psychiatry Nurse to be the Director and manage the 12-bed inpatient Geriatric Psychiatry Unit in the East Alabama Medical Center-Lanier in Valley, AL.
Valley is 24 minutes from LaGrange, GA; 43 minutes from Phenix City, AL; and 44 minutes from Columbus, GA.
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the overall administration of patient care for the Psychiatric unit.
Responsibilities include:
The development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program;
The development, implementation, and management of all aspects of marketing for EAMC's psychiatric unit;
Strategic planning, program administration, and development.
Nurseing supervision; oversight of nursing care on the unit.

Qualifications:
Requires a BSN or MSN, plus must have at least 3 years of acute care inpatient psychiatric management experience in a hospital setting; or acute care inpatient psychiatry clinical experience and other management experience.
