Director of Substance Use Treatment Job at Center for Human Development

CHD is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee and manage our substance use programming, including four residential treatment programs. Responsibilities include program design and implementation, supervision of a multidisciplinary treatment team, utilization review, service integration with other CHD social service and behavioral health programs, and oversight of program administrative processes.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in outpatient and/or inpatient addictions treatment, polysubstance use recovery treatment, detox programming, medication assisted treatment, use of Narcan/Naloxone, electronic health records and third party billing processes as well as familiarity with community providers and resources related to addiction services. Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related field with an emphasis on substance abuse treatment is strongly preferred. Independent clinical license and/or LADAC strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in administrative, budget and personnel management.
