Director of Sales Job at Winston-Beck
Responsibilities:
- Direct the work of sales reps.
- Oversee all sales activities to ensure that goals are met.
- Manage the staff and daily operations of the sales department.
- Be aware of company policies and procedures, and maintain communication with all levels of employees.
- Communicate with upper management to determine and implement changes in direction to improve sales team performance.
This is an on-site role based out of the Denville, NJ office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years Sales Management experience.
- 5+ years of food packaging industry sales experience.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Experience with profit/loss ratio and market share.
