Director of Sales Job at Winston-Beck

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the work of sales reps.
  • Oversee all sales activities to ensure that goals are met.
  • Manage the staff and daily operations of the sales department.
  • Be aware of company policies and procedures, and maintain communication with all levels of employees.
  • Communicate with upper management to determine and implement changes in direction to improve sales team performance.

This is an on-site role based out of the Denville, NJ office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years Sales Management experience.
  • 5+ years of food packaging industry sales experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Experience with profit/loss ratio and market share.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $160,000.00 per year

  • Food Packaging Industry Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
