DESCRIPTION :
Director of Operations is responsible for all aspects of running the restaurant. All guest and employee-related experiences.
- Responsible for the restaurant 24X7. Staffing, customer service, quality and managing all supply chain-related items.
- In store, hands on involvment averaging 50 hours / week.
- Developing a team that is on board and accountable
- Managing cost. Set numbers to meet each month.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Specific Experience :
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Restaurant experience
- Management experience
Other Characteristics :
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication/written/verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others
- Organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail orientated
Preferred qualifications :
- This is a full time position.
- This person must be skilled in time management.
- This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
- This person must have basic computer skills.
- This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant including management and office work.
- This person must be reliable
- This person must be POSITIVE and encouraging.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
