Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations Job at Maple Creek Home Health and Hospice
Maple Creek Home Health and Hospice is looking for an RN with experience and passion in hospice nursing to fill our Part Time Director of Nursing and clinical operations position with the option of full-time if you are willing to case manage a few of our patients. Maple Creek Home Health and Hospice is a small locally owned and operated agency that serves Utah County with the majority of our clients in southern Utah County. This position will look a bit different than your typical DON position as we are looking for someone who takes a more hands on approach with both our patients and staff to provide the necessary support to both to ensure the care given exceeds expectations. *Coordination of services for both home health and hospice patients to ensure services are provided and carried out in a timely manner.
*Maintaining positive working relationships with other healthcare providers, facilities, and the community
*Oversight of clinical staff that includes education, assistance in problem solving, support and encouragement, and maintaining a work environment that promotes the best outcomes for both staff and patients.
*Participation in Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance programs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
