Director of Food Services Job at Merrimack County
Our Food Service Director oversees the daily food service operation and provides a high quality food service to nursing home residents and employees.
EDUCATION: Associated Degree from a recognized college or university with a major in Food and Administration, Food Service Administration or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Five years of quantity food service administration with three years of supervisory experience or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge's, skills and abilities.
CERTIFICATION: ServSafe Certification required. Certified Dietary Manger (CDM) or the ability to obtain within 1 year required.
A drug screen, background check & proof of COVID19 Vaccination will be required of all conditional hires.
