As Director of Demand Generation you will lead the strategy and implementation of high-impact marketing activities to generate a pipeline of quality leads for sales and increase brand awareness. You’re a creative problem solver with demonstrated comfortability in executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. You collaborate cross-functionally to author effective messaging. Finally, you understand the nuances of enterprise level SaaS growth hacking and can confidently identify, and advocate for, ROI positive channels and tactics.

This role is onsite or hybrid flexible. We have offices in New York City, Northern California, and Bozeman.

What you'll do

    • Develop ASAPP’s demand generation strategy and roadmap
    • Design, plan, launch, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach strategic target accounts and generate pipeline
    • Partner with Sales on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
    • Partner with Product Marketing to implement engaging and effective messaging
    • Build out our demand generation email campaigns and nurture streams to improve conversion rates
    • Manage campaigns that span across each stage of the customer journey through effective storytelling and education using tools like Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and various ABM tools
    • Lead events and field marketing strategy
    • Create strategies for audience targeting, lead management, ABM, CRM and marketing automation to maximize prospect acquisition and customer conversions
    • Own list of contacts including prospects, leads, and customers
    • Manage SEO
    • Optimize our online experience from paid ads, to the website, to lead capture
    • Optimize targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
    • Report and communicate metrics and KPIs from campaign initiatives and as well as insights gleaned from testing new media channels, content formats, and audience targeting.
    • Identify and vet external vendors
    • Lead vendor relationships, as needed
    • Apply your unique personality and spirit to our culture

What you'll need

    • 5-10 years of experience planning, implementing, and optimizing demand generation activities
    • Experience running advertising, paid social, lead generation, and awareness campaigns
    • Demonstrated experience building a pipeline in partnership with an enterprise sales force
    • Passion to identify and learn new marketing technologies and channels for demand generation
    • Ability to think strategically and motivate cross-functional teams
    • Experience measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities
    • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo
    • Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious targets

What we'd like to see

    • Experience in-house at an enterprise level B2B SaaS business
    • Experience in CX and/or AI not required, but is a plus

$160,000 - $220,000 a year
The actual salary may be different depending upon non-discriminatory factors such as qualifications, experience, and other factors permitted by law. For Sales positions: this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in ASAPP's equity plan. For Non-Sales positions: this role is eligible to participate in ASAPP's equity plan. The range listed is just one component of ASAPP’s total compensation package; other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives, including the benefits listed above.
