Job Summary/Description:

GDM is looking for a leader to manage a team of Digital Sales Operations Specialists who build, execute and optimize digital campaigns primarily on extended reach platforms. We’re looking for an agent of change, someone with the ability to simplify systems and keep forward momentum. As Director, you will maintain vendor relationships, test new platforms, manage a medium-sized team of professionals, work with Gray executives as well as GMs, GSMs and DSMs on campaign execution and communication.

• Management Experience -DSP and other digital platform experience -extended knowledge of the digital sales arena -Excellent communication skills
