Summary
Alameda Health System is a mission driven organization looking for a Director of Behavioral Health Integration Services who aligns with our values and goals to provide quality health care to underserved populations. The Director oversees our outpatient behavioral health services including: Integrated Behavioral Health in primary care clinics, Psychology services and clinical training program, and Substance Use Disorder services. The Director also participates in system-wide committees, task forces, and quality improvement projects. This is great position for a Clinical Leader in Behavioral Health who wants to drive change in an integrated health care system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Licenses/Certifications: Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Clinician (Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the State of California.
Required Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health related field.
Required Experience: Five years leading or participating in training and or clinical delivery services in a hospital, clinic, related facility, or similar health care organization; one year progressive management experience.
