Residential Direct Support Professional - CILA

A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. ]

Hours: Full-Time

Schedule: flexible/no set schedule_ – floater hours vary according to need_

Pay: $17.75/hr + Paid Training

Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time staff will receive total of $2,250 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision, assistance and/or training to clients in all areas of daily living activities, including (but not limited to) activities such as:

• Personal hygiene, *bathing,* feeding,* toileting, meal preparation, housekeeping, money management, socialization etc…
• Taking initiative and allowing for flexibility when faced with unexpected situations, problems, tasks, and/or emergency situations.
• Maintaining a respectful, friendly, and supportive atmosphere conducive to the clients’ overall growth and development.

Requirements:

• High school diploma orequivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
• At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)
