Open Arms Care (OAC) is actively hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals (CNA) in Ooltewah, TN.

This role also includes a new, INCREASED shift differential. For weekday shifts, the 2nd shift includes a $0.50 differential, and the 3rd shift includes a $0.75 differential. All weekend 1st and 2nd shifts include a $1.00 differential and $1.25 for 3rd shift.

In this role, you will assist with developing client skills in self-help, activities of daily living, hygiene, leisure and recreation, basic academics, communication, and social skills. OAC is seeking candidates who are interested in making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

This role offers a starting wage between $14.00 – $17.00/hour and multiple shifts including full-time, part-time and PRN. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, OAC offers tuition reimbursement, shift differential pay, employee referral program and instant access to earned wages.

Required to be considered:
