Residential Counselor Developmental Brain Injuries Division (DBIS)
Ludlow Acquired Brain Injury Program $17.00-$18.00

Our DBIS staff are professional team members responsible for supporting each individual’s right to live a safe, enjoyable, meaningful life at home and in the community. As cooperative team members, we support environments that foster creative opportunities for the changing needs and desires of the people we serve As a Residential Counselor, you will: · Assists residents with ADL's (activities of daily living);
· Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, and help keep the home pleasant and comfortable.· Transportation to/from appointments, community events, etc.· Complete daily shift notes; data and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned · Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals Part-time Schedule Available:
  • Saturday 7am-11pm; Sunday 7am-3pm

You’re someone who has: · High School Diploma or GED is required;· valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record;· physical ability to perform the requirements of this position and ensure residents safety;· basic computer/office skills;· Background check (CORI). Pay & Benefits We offer a starting hourly wage of $17.00/hour— plus a $1.00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification. We provide paid orientation and training for certification in Medication Administration Program (MAP), CPR & First Aid, and Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) if applicable.
