The Direct Care Worker (DCW) provides resident centered care consistent with standards to meet the health, well-being, and safety needs of the residents.

What will I do as a Direct Care Worker (DCW)?

• Perform various duties and responsibilities to meet the individual client's physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
• Perform personal care duties as it relates to bedside care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, personal hygiene, ambulation, vital signs.
• Observe and report any change in client status to the coordinator.
• Assist with serving meals.

What do I need to be a Direct Care Worker (DCW)?

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Reliable transportation to get to work
