Direct Care Professionals are needed in Westland.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to clear a background, and driver's license check
  • Reliable transportation of your own to and from work
  • Valid Michigan Driver's License

***We are currently looking for motivated professionals to work with 2 adults with developmental disabilities who live together in Westland. Super happy active home with dedicated long-term staff. Part-time Midnight Shift available.

The right candidates should be friendly and intend to be interactive. We work hard to provide a happy home environment for the individuals we care for. These positions require that you have the ability to transfer one small individual between a wheelchair and bed.

The right candidate needs to have the flexibility to work other shifts if needed.

We rotate weekends with all the staff in the home, so the ability to work weekends is a must.

Day and Afternoon shifts require you to be able and willing to transport for doctor appointments, outings, grocery shopping etc.

We currently have a full-time day shift and part-time midnights available.

CLS or MORC training is preferred.

Salary: $14.00/Hr.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Negative TB and COVID 19 Test (Preferred)
