Dining Room Leads with Merrill Gardens are responsible for:

Professionally serve meals in our restaurant-style dining room. -
Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests. -
Propose and post staff schedules, train new staff and ensure compliance of the company uniform policy by all dining room staff.
