- Owner of annual planning calendar and respective updates
- Some strategic experience
- Participate in brand planning process
- Steward of the internal agency brand budget
- Work with the analyst to report actionable metrics across all measurable touchpoints to help advance the business
- Must be able to work independently; candidate will be trained on company brands and process, then will be trusted to work independently
- Responsible for providing meeting recaps and ensuring all stakeholders are aware of and aligned to action items/next steps
- Owner of integrated project timelines, and overall timeline assumptions, impacts, and risks
- Coordinate business and research updates from the brand
- Ensures that all programs and materials meet brand/marketing, medical, regulatory, general business, legal, quality assurance, timing, and budgetary objectives
- Mid to High-level experience with client services
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years successful experience in marketing communications and/or client services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate both internally and externally to drive the brand’s marketing programs
- Demonstrate a high level of organization and detail management
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Strong business/marketing acumen
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and written communication
- Excellent presentation/communication skills to peer, brand, and senior/middle management
- Ability to work with a variety of clients and departments
