Digital Marketing Manager

Fins up! Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to direct the online presence of South Florida’s most exciting new hotel scheduled to open in Late 2023.

This Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in positioning the company in the market to expand brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager will create relevant, high-quality content and will spearhead community engagement across all social media platforms. This position works in partnership with the Resort Director of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Directs the activities of all outside agencies and internal staff on local and in-house advertising campaigns; including but not limited to Public Relations, Digital Marketing, & Social Media

· Assist with the planning, production, and distribution of all digital marketing and communications materials

· Strategizes with the inhouse marketing team to implement effective campaigns

· Utilize online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages

· Provides ongoing strategic recommendations including testing, audience targeting, creative direction, and platforms.

· Manage and optimize paid channel targeting strategies efforts through the use of CRM database, geo-targeting, keyword targeting, and 3rd party audience targeting.
