We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are also open to a part-time schedule for a college senior who can work full-time after graduating!

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday in-person

Responsibilities:

  • General support of the marketing department to keep all product and service information accurate and up to date across website, online distributors, print and social media
  • Assisting in the collaboration/implementation of digital marketing campaigns across web and social (such as new product or new information releases)
  • General website maintenance- updating/maintaining website copy, imagery, products and site page general appearance
  • Assisting with recommendations on increasing Metadata/SEO for our website
  • Assisting with scheduling/promotion of company events such as workshops, trainings, or product events
  • Entering/ensuring the coordination of information into our databases regarding project warranty submissions and Pro Certifications
  • Monitoring our Online E-Learning Academy/Distributor Specific Online E-Learning sites
  • Monitoring distributor sites for accurate wedi representation (product images/website copy/etc.) and providing updated copy/graphics/etc. when necessary
  • Social Media Management of our Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn pages with a focus on reach, growth and engagement- including monthly planning of scheduled content
  • Management of video library- YouTube and on website
  • Assisting with print document review as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or any related field (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Mac user preferred)
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite- Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Proficient with social media management (HootSuite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
  • Proficient with website coding/HTML
  • Proficient with WordPress CMS (back end content management)
  • Experience with web design and creation of copy/graphics for web platforms
  • Rendering creation skills or photography skills (Preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated & self-disciplined

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:
