About Us:

Quench It! Soda was founded in Heber City, UT in 2014 by the Stover family. Since then, we've franchised and opened 8+ locations in Utah (all owned by local families) and are headed across the nation sharing our love for quality drinks and treats! Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Assistant will report to our Marketing Director and work closely with the entirety of the Quench It HQ and Süss Cookie Co teams.

This position is entry-level, part-time, hybrid remote with potential for full-time employment. It's preferred you are able to work part-time during normal business hours (anywhere between 8 am and 6 pm, MT Monday through Friday) + the occasional nights and weekends for events. Our corporate office is located in Heber City, UT.

This position is responsible for helping grow social media audiences, increase engagement, and build content on various social platforms, which may include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and more. Along with maintaining a posting schedule, this person will regularly create platform-specific content including developing messaging, writing copy, and posting visual content.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help grow Quench It! Soda's social media audience across different platforms nationally by managing company accounts.
  • Manage and maintain content feed and a consistent posting schedule.
  • Provide input on best practices for engagement on social platforms and collaborate on Social Media Strategy and implement strategy with support from Marketing Director
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Quench It! Soda's style, brand voice, and audience.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to set growth goals for Quench It! Soda's social media presence, and brainstorm and develop initiatives to achieve those goals.
  • Collaborate with photography and videography departments for content needs.
  • Work closely with and help manage brand influencers.

When needed,

  • Attend weekend store grand openings, within reason.
  • Travel to photoshoots, videoshoots, or meetings, within reason.
  • Be available in person, for weekly team meetings.
  • Attend evening events, within reason

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivilant with passion for media, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the soda shop industry
  • Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and other social platforms.
  • Up to date on social trends, with an abiblilty to apply those trends when applicable for social media content.
  • Able to work in collaboration with team members, including those in other departments.
  • Ability to adapt writing to meet brand voice.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to proofread your own work and catch errors.
  • Strong English writing skills, including familiarity with social media jargon.
  • Strong management, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to work swiftly and effectively, being able to adapt and pivot with current trends or corporate needs.
  • Familiarity with GroupMe, Asana, Google Suite, Canva, Dropbox, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools preferred but not required.
  • Have some weekend availability, when needed.
