About You:

You are a detail oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You have 2+ years of experience in a high volume atmosphere and have strong attention to detail. You crave an environment that encourages continuous learning and development. You work best when not micromanaged, but know how to ask for help when you need it. You enjoy working with a team of people who are dedicated to continuously improving processes and find joy in creating a positive work environment within LegalZoom’s Virtual Mail Services.

Responsibilities:

• Scan correct mail for the correct customer, deposit mail as determined by the client, and adhere to all USPS rules and standards
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines
• Perform all duties in a safe, timely manner with attention to detail
• Follow best practices while onsite

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Authorized to work in the US
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand up to 6 hours

For onsite roles or roles that require periodic onsite visits, LegalZoom requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
