As a Dietary Supervisor, you will oversee the production of all food served from the kitchen to the patients. You are to inspect the kitchen daily and maintain a required level of cleanliness. You as a Dietary Supervisor will be responsible for training your staff and caring for our residents' daily needs. The candidate for this position is required to work every other weekend.
As a Dietary Supervisor You Will Be Responsible For The Following:
- Assist the Director to assure all Department of Health regulations are observed in the preparation and service of meals
- Preparation of all menus and scheduling of staff
- Supervising dining services personnel and enforcing departmental policies and procedures to provide timely, quality food service to our residents
- Direct Dietary Aides in service and clean-up of meal services to ensure all standards are met
- Complete all forms and reports as assigned according to departmental policies and procedures
