-Our Sergeant Bluff, IA location is looking to hire!

-Duties include diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned by the supervisor.

-A thorough understanding of a variety of heavy equipment systems including engines, hydraulics, electronics, emissions, and power train are desirable

-Must possess a strong work ethic, lead by example, and promote and portray company values. Conduct business with integrity and strive for excellence in all aspects of the job. Motivated to succeed and improve skills.

-Perform job responsibilities safely in a busy, sometimes, stressful environment while operating and working under varied weather conditions.

-Responsible for observing and complying with all safety rules.

-Understand the value of teamwork and communication with others necessary to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

-Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

-Operate power equipment in all phases of operations, during normal conditions, night conditions, adverse weather, and emergency situations, including hand and feet controls.

-Perform routine maintenance, and watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly.

-Complete and understand the electronic record keeping as necessary-

-Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment.

-Accurately complete a daily electronic timecard and other paperwork as required.

-Welding and fabrication skills are a plus

-Other tasks as assigned.

-Offering top pay based on experience.
