DETAIL TECHNICIAN / SHOP ASSISTANT Job at Frontier Harley-Davidson

The Role:

Frontier Harley-Davidson is looking for an individual to join our Detail Team! You will be responsible for washing, waxing, buffing, and cleaning new and used motorcycles, and for meeting the cosmetic quality and productivity standards. Other responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to operate small tools.
  • Notify Service Manager of defective, broken, or unsafe equipment.
  • Transport vehicles between any requested destinations.
  • Pay $15 to $17 based on experience.

What you bring to the table:

  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Lift and/or move up to 100-lbs (50-lbs overhead).
  • Operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently throughout shift.
  • Ability to walk briskly up to 500-yards frequently throughout shift.
  • Ability to move about the dealership in order to effectively communicate with Associates of other departments.
