Link Solutions is seeking a Desktop Team Lead to join our growing team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

As the Desktop Tea Lead, you will provide technical, system, imaging, and lifecycle support on Fort Huachuca in support of The US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center. You will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain and track assets, deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment. You will provide on-site support as necessary to ensure all desktop capabilities are available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop software support and resolve help desk tickets.
• Service all tickets for installation/replacement for supported laptops and desktops and printers.
• Install and support government-furnished software and hardware.
• Service all tickets for installation and replacement of printer toner cartridges and printer fuser kits.
• Analyze hardware performance and network failures.
• Perform hard drive sanitization as required.
• Provide technical advice and IT acquisition planning support.

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance (we will sponsor the right candidate).
• IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE) equivalent or higher level required.

Preferred:

• BA/BS degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Computing Environment Certified (MCDST: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) or equivalent.
• Three years of experience performing service desk support duties in a large, complex classified/unclassified network environment including expert-level experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
