Our Healthcare Financial Navigators call our client’s patients with outstanding medical balances and help them setup payments to resolve them, answer questions about the balances, and report issues back to the health systems. What We’ll Love About You

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
  • Degree and or equivalent experience in Information Technology
  • Prior customer service experience desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence needed as well as a strong desire to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment

What You’ll Do


  • Provide technical assistance to computer users
  • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically
  • Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
  • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
  • Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
  • Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service
  • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
  • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
  • Occasional travel to other office locations to provide services

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to move computer equipment and packages weighing up to 50 pounds to various parts of the office.
  • Must be able to securely package computer equipment and prepare for shipping.
  • Must be able to position self to install computer equipment and cables, including under desks.
  • Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to grasp, move, or assemble small objects.
