Dental Treatment Coordinator Job at Northwest Dental Medicine
Northwest Dental Medicine is hiring a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator. We have a well-established office with a great team and patients!
Some of your daily responsibilities will be:
- Treatment planning and financial discussions with patients
- Schedule & confirm appointments
- Update patient personal insurance information
- Enter payments & personal insurance onto patient accounts
- Prepare daily deposits
- Run A/R reports and insurance
- Flexible to travel between two offices
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dental experience
- Computer skills and comfort with technology
- Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
- Personable and professional communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Our opportunity offers
- $18 to $25 per hour
- Schedule: Enumclaw Office Mon & Wed- 7am-2pm, Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 8am-2pm. Puyallup Office Mon 9am-6pm, Tues 7am-4pm, Wed 9am-6pm, Thurs-Fri 7am-4pm. 30 minute to an hour lunch.
