We are a lovely family dental practice in Port Washington, Long Island. Our staff and Dr. are fun and friendly and we have a great patient base! We are rapidly expanding and need another energetic helping hand in the front for reception and recalls. Some Dental experience is necessary and we will train the right candidate and there is lots of room to learn and grow! We need someone who can smile, is reliable, and is willing to learn and grow with us. Part time or full time available all depending on you! Experience with dental offices and Dentrix a HUGE plus! Duties include:
Answering Phones
Lots of calls to patients...must be VERY comfortable talking with people and on the phone!
Must be comfortable with billing and taking money from patients.
Must be ok with sending a ton of letters daily
General office duties and help as it arises.
