Busy practice in the town of Katonah is seeking a part time Dental Assistant, with possibility of full time in the future. Must be professional, caring and compassionate to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice. Willing to train. Tues, Wed & Thursday 10-6:30
Dental assistant will work closely with licensed dentists before, during, and after dental work.
- Showing patients to their exam rooms
- Preparing patients for procedures and/or surgeries
- Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Making dental impressions
- Sterilizing dental tools and equipment
- Post-procedure clean-up
- Generally chairside assisting of dentists
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
