We offer complimentary pick-up and delivery service to and from residences and workplaces, serving the greater Cleveland area. Selected as one of “America’s Best Cleaners” and best of Willoughby 2021 we are looking for team members to help provide exceptional quality garment care to help us fulfill our customer promise.

London Cleaners is looking for a new route representative who can help us deliver exceptional pick-up and delivery service. Our drivers are an essential part of our service and sales team who will be responsible to service current customers and for developing new customers and are eligible for commission to reward performance.

Responsibilities:

• Pick-up and drop-off customer orders safely.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis and manage any special requests.
• Sell services to new customers and deliver consistent business growth.
• Work with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive and maintain a branded delivery vehicle in a designated territory.
• Rack, inspect and organize orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Skill Requirements:

• Excellent ability to build rapport with customers, a friendly and polite personality is critical.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license
• MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
• Basic knowledge of fabric and garments types.
