We are a small, young company looking to hire delivery drivers to cover routes servicing Dekalb County. We operate out of the New Haven terminal.

Our management team prides itself on fostering great relationships with the drivers we employ. Since company inception, we have had a near zero turnover rate.

Our everyday goal is for each driver to have a successful experience. At the management level, we have over 30 years of experience combined with driving, managing, and owning FedEx Ground routes. We understand what the job entails and what we can do to help make our employees succeed every day. Our delivery areas are small and our managers are usually driving a route to help alleviate pressure on the other drivers. We work as team to be successful as a team

We offer competitive pay and offer comprehensive training and technology to allow you to perform the job skillfully.

Requirements:

• Driving experience, preferably with a larger commercial vehicle
• A drug test, physical, and background check is required
• Must be 21 or older
• Clean driving record
• Must be available Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pickup packages from residential and commercial locations
• Drive and handle packages safely
• Arrive to work every day you are scheduled at a specified time (8:30-9:30a)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow company and FedEx Ground policies and procedures
• Be a team player

Training pay is $150/day. Once you are in your own route, you will have the opportunity for this daily pay to increase up to $175 + bonuses depending on the route!
