Minimum Starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Performance Bonuses to cover 10-hr workday and Safety/Attendance bonuses.
Devil Dog Delivery is looking to expand with new Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon Prime Packages in the greater Kenosha and Southwestern Milwaukee area. We have a 10-hour shift start time at 0945 am.
NO CDL Requirement; although we are also Hiring for Non-CDL DOT regulated drivers with quick advancement opportunity and pay increases.

• Starting compensation of $18.25 per hour – increases based on experience/performance etc for higher starting pay.
• Immediate pay increases for Step Van Drivers!
• Overtime – paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours per week $27.37
• Expect 4x 10-hour shifts per week
• 0925 start time (pending final changes with Amazon)
• All Delivery Associates will need to be available on standby to support when needed
• Benefits – Delivery Associates with 30+ hours per week are eligible for full health benefits. Eligibility begins 30 days upon hiring
• Paid every two weeks
• 2-weeks paid time off accumulated per year based on 40-hour work week (eligible after 90-day probation period) - some dates may be limited based on high volume expectations.
• We are closed 4 days per year (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)

A Typical Day: Load Vans every morning (250-300+ packages) Deliver packages to houses, mobile home parks, apartments, and businesses.

• Meal and rest breaks are provided
• Mission completion, customer obsession, and being safe
• Must be able/willing to support rescue deliveries to help the team if needed

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license (cannot be probationary)
• Take a certified drug test
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!)
• Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather)
• Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
• Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
• Must be available to work weekends and high volume seasons; additional shifts for peak seasons is a requirement.
• Complete an initial phone interview and subsequent in-person interview.
