Delivery Coordinator:

The Delivery Coordinator is the main point of contact for the retail stores related to setting customer deliveries. You will handle the verification of orders that have been set for delivery and check each order to ensure its accuracy. The Delivery Coordinator will ensure balances are paid in full and/or the correct financing information is included in the sales order. The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for emailing cancellations, reschedules, and add-on requests to the delivery team and warehouse. The Delivery Coordinator will confirm delivery addresses on orders that will not rectify GPS through the DispatchTrack system.

Delivery Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Review sales orders details
• Act as the liaison between sales, delivery, warehouse, and customer service on all delivery challenges within the organization
• Communicate directly with Store personnel.
• Communicate directly with customers.
• Work in a variety of automated platforms simultaneously
• Check sales orders for locations, payment information, and IST movement from stores to ensure all merchandise will be available for the delivery when needed.
• Contact customers with reschedule, cancellation, or address issues.
• Point of Contact for all subcontracted delivery customers on delivery set, cancel, or reschedule.
• Work with third party delivery service drivers and supervisors

Average pay is $20-24 an hour.

Job Requirements

• Strong Computer Skills including multitasking, browser use, and good email etiquette
• Strong writing Skills
• Experience communicating professionally
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Confident problem-solving skills a must
• Attention to detail.
• Customer focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
