We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director to join our team. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the US.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze business needs and creates software solutions.
- Prepare Business/User Requirements document and corresponding Cost/Effort estimation model.
- Implement a Technical framework software solution for community-wide Health Information Exchange (HIE) for secure exchange of clinical data centered on improving patient care.
- Manage team of software developers including recruiting, mentoring, supervising and handling teams concerns and performances.
- Manage, develop, enhance and deploy ShareVue Clinical Provider Portal and CareVue Analytics portal Application software.
- Analyze, design and create InterSystems Cache databases and tables.
- Perform analysis of Meditech and EPIC Electronic Medical Record HL7 feeds and define the Interface specifications.
- Primary liaison for physicians, physician staff, hospital departments, EMR and HIE vendors during project implementations.
- Prepare Visio diagrams using Microsoft Visio for depicting different workflows to the client.
- Build and configure various Clinical Interface connections using InterSystems Ensemble and HealthShare Integration software.
- Create, design, develop and maintain reporting systems for HIE activities and progress toward goals.
- Work with Key Stakeholders, Executives to identify and define Health Information exchange needs - regulatory metrics and their calculations, identifying new use cases for advance analytics like Population Health Management.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in Production environment and help team on technical issues.
- Document design specifications and Code applications/modules/piece of software based on Technical design.
- Manage multiple projects and resources, identify implementation milestones, phases, and form project team and assign daily work schedule.
- Configuring Inbound and Outbound HL7 Connections and Meaningful Use CCD Clinical connections through different protocols like TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, Windows File Sharing, IHE Profile etc.
- Coordination with various EHR vendors for obtaining Statement of Work and Applications/Interface deliveries.
- Coordination of UAT & Regression Tests on staging and production environments.
- Support and maintain systems by following Quality Management/Support processes (like ITIL).
- Perform Configuration management using configuration tools like VSS/CVS.
- Manage, design and execute complex migration of legacy applications data into the HIE database platform.
- Responsible for evaluating software solutions and system performance and automating proactive monitoring tasks by creating Monitoring Tools. Performance Tuning and Design/Develop Preventive health checks/tools ensuring high availability environment.
- Root Cause Analysis of high severity incidents and Engine component related issues.
- Driving review sessions to understand Business Requirements and transform them into System Requirements.
- Apply knowledge of HIS systems like Meditech. Create Patient Registration, Order and results LABs and Radiology tests in Meditech modules like ADT, LAB ITS, to generate corresponding HL7 messages for analysis and coding.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Account / Delivery Management - Delivery Oversight
