Job Position
Kiddie Academy is seeking an experienced, motivated, early childhood lead teachers and assistant teachers for our growing centers in Wexford and Cranberry Township.
Teachers must have a love for nurturing and educating young children. As a leader, you are a role model for all to follow and create a collaborative and caring learning environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and develop weekly lessons plans using Life Essentials.
- Build strong relationships and communication with coworkers, enrolled children and families.
- Create a nurturing and positive learning environment encouraging children and staff to grow and develop.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that helps ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children.
- Observe all Kiddie Academy policies and procedures, state licensing regulations as well as Keystone Stars.
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
- Complete all required ongoing professional development trainings
