We are looking for someone to join our GIS Data Technician Team. In this role, you will acquire and interpret data with guidance. You will receive detailed instructions, work on acquisition of limited to moderate scope, and follow standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. The ability to work both independently and within a team environment is key. Come join our team!

• Acquire and interpret data using the most cost effective and efficient processes to meet and or exceed budget requirements and timeliness guidelines.
• Route maintenance which includes providing supplies for requested data, identifying new sources for data to ensure the most up to date information is available.
• Foster relationships with data source vendors.
• Reconcile acquired data with original documentation following established guidelines.
• Distribute Final Quality Assurance/Quality Control output to internal customers.
• Travel with supervision as needed.

• Evident analytical and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.

• High school diploma
• Between 0 -1 years of relevant work experience in interpreting data, assessing workload for optimal data acquisition.
