Job Summary:
The primary day-to-day responsibilities include entering data and codes for incoming first notice claims reports and supporting the team’s digital documentation management efforts to support claims operations. Additional tasks may include monitoring requests for claim creation support, providing data quality assurance oversight, and engaging in various ad hoc data clean-up efforts, as well as participation in initiatives to meet department goals and objectives.
All responsibilities and tasks require that the cast member have a strong sense of attention to detail and the ability to professionally handle confidential information with an understanding of the importance of brand awareness.
Basic Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage time wisely
Ability to work under deadline pressures and handle multiple priorities
Demonstrate strong human-relations skills, including the ability to work with all levels of cast members
Must be flexible to new procedures and processes
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong partnering skills
Self-starter and independent thinker
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Walt Disney World property
Experience with Business Objects or other data querying tools
Experience with eDOCs or other document management tools
