Under guidance and supervision of the Master Data Management Lead, the Data Steward is responsible for ensuring conformance to MDM governance policies in the current ERP system, Infor LN. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy through development of detailed standard operating procedures, continuous audits and oversight to compliance. This role will be accountable for the execution and compliance of the MDM program direction and leveraging best practices to improve our overall data management and data quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process owner for data change execution
  • Perform system administrative, configuration, and reporting functions
  • Document detailed SOP’s and workflow instructions for master data setup
  • Manage data update requests to push timely execution and assure compliance with authorizations / data element rules
  • Maintain metrics to track quantity of changes and speed of completion.
  • Monitor and audit data, using exception reporting and spot audits to ensure compliance to established data standards
  • Follow up with functional data owners on gaps / missing information
  • Oversite and facilitation of additional process changes
  • Develop and implement workflows for set up and maintenance vendors, customers and items
  • Experience and knowledge of relevant data quality practices and demonstrate ability to connect data creation, transformation, and transmission lifecycle

Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
  • 2+ years of related experience in Supply Chain and Master Data Governance
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional work & working in an agile environment
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail, able to work on assigned tasks independently, able to identify and initiate discussions about opportunities for process improvement.
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Effective use of collaboration tools
  • Proven ability to solicit, define, and deliver business requirements
  • Detail-orientation
  • Hybrid ( 3 days in office)
  • Training ( On-site)
