Morgan, a leading global financial services firm and one of the largest banking institutions in the United States with operations worldwide.

Shift/Pay Rate Information:

• 1st Shift A - $18.00/hr - 7:00am-3:30pm - Mondays - Fridays
• 1st Shift B - $18.00/hr - 8:30am-5:00pm - Mondays - Fridays
• 2nd Shift A - $19.80/hr - 3:30pm-12:00am - Mondays - Fridays
• 2nd Shift C - $19.80/hr - 5:00pm-10:30pm (part-time) - Mondays - Fridays
• 3rd Shift A – $20.70/hr - 10:30pm-7:00am - Sunday nights - Thursday nights
• 3rd Shift B - $20.70/hr - 12:00am-8:30pm - Sunday nights - Thursday nights

Duration: Open-ended long-term temporary assignment, with no set end date. Possibility to convert to Perm (Based on workload and budget).

Job Description:

The Data Key Entry Specialist will be responsible for data keying and expected to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy on a daily basis. No previous data entry/data keying experience is required.

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
• Keeping information confidential

Requirements:

• Alphanumeric data entry skills
• No experience is required, all qualified candidates can be trained
• Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
• Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to support peak volumes
• Must be able to follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
• Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group

A Security Clearance will be required for this position.  This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fingerprints
• Employment History
• Proof of legal U.S. residence for up to 7 years
• Drug Testing

According to client requirements, all applicants MUST be able to pass a state, county, and federal criminal background check; credit report review; and drug test.

This position may require you to work additional hours as business needs arise.
