ACB is currently seeking highly motivated individuals for a data entry/clerk position in our Rockledge, FL office. ACB provides exciting career opportunities as well as benefits.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
ACB provides debt collection services for apartments communities nationwide and medical providers in Central Florida.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
*Input new accounts.
*Print and mail letters.
*Reply to credit bureau disputes in an online portal.
*Input address corrections from mail returns.
*Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service in an accurate and timely manner.
*Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach within a team environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Excellent written, communication and listening skills.
*Basic computer skills.
*Must represent the company in a professional and businesslike manner.
*Experience answering and directing incoming calls.
*Experience working in a professional office setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
