We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
- Location: Southwest Houston
- Pay: $18-20/hour
- Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
- Duration: Temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Data entry of test results from client’s laboratory bench copies onto certificates of analysis in order to generate final certificates. Filing of bench copies and certificates into each individual company’s folder. Emailing final certificates of analysis to the clients. Processing credit cards for those clients that do not have an established net 30 account.
- Requirements: QuickBooks experience is a plus. Must be proficient with MS Word.
