CUSTOMER SUCCESS AGENT IN TRAINING

As a Customer Success Agent, you will work with customers and internal workgroups ensuring Foley customers issues are resolved within guidelines established by department policies and relevant government regulations. In this role, you will respond to phone calls and emails delivering a positive customer experience utilizing multiple systems. We are looking for a result driven, highly customer focused individual.

Customer Success Agents have a defined career path. You will start as an Agent in training, move up to Customer Success Agent and from there you will determine your next career move.

This Foley opportunity is full time within the hours of 8 am- 8 pm est. Monday-Friday.

This is a remote option- those residing in NC, MA, NH, NE, SC, GA, FL, TX, TN, NJ, IN, PA are welcome to apply!

CT Applicants will be required to come into the office.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a Customer Success Agent, you will touch other operation teams, sales, and engineering as you resolve customer issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In your first 90 days, you’ll

  • Learn how Foley’s products and services work and how Foley can have a positive impact on our customers business.
  • Learn other functions/teams at Foley and how they impact our customers.
  • Build your technical toolbox to better assist our customers.

Within your first 6 months, you’ll

  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services
  • Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Ensure prompt and effective processing of client requests by maintaining knowledge of Foley’s services and industry compliance requirements
  • Research client issues and provide effective resolution within guidelines established by department policies and relevant government regulations
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure and meet deadlines/metrics
  • Strong PC skills – proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
