THE WORK YOU WILL DO:

  • Receive and confirm orders from customers via phone and email
  • Enter orders/data into our accounting system and software
  • Answer incoming calls to the main office phone
  • Escalate customer order concerns to the appropriate field representatives(s)
  • Enter purchase orders into our accounting system
  • Identify and follow up on order discrepancies
  • Communicate internally with our Director of Plant Operations, CFO, peers within Accounting Group, field operations personnel, and other departments as needed


YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1 Year experience in a Customer Service position


WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

Additional skills, qualities, or experience that would help you be successful in this role will include:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with strong data entry skills
  • Ability to pick up new tasks as assigned on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis


OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in our chemical blending facility. It is an office environment where you will be furnished with a cubicle style sitting desk.
