CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
(Remote/Hybrid Kalamazoo MI, Grand Rapids MI)
- Review customer accounts and evaluate resources to help fill service
- Correspond with compliance, security and law enforcement which monitors activity of the Anton R Williams Trust/Holdings
- Input data for the customer service strategy and goals, project schedules and new information working with assigned account managers
- Analyze current projects and coordinate with fellow team members to keep workflow on track
- Comply with operations related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Give correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Communicate with account managers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Evaluate synergies between the Anton R Williams Holding Co and Anton R Williams Foundation

Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
