Addison Group has an immediate opening for a customer service representative, in Mansfield, TX. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidates must have experience providing customer support to end-users, troubleshooting, and communicating via phone, email, chat, and in-person. Candidates must be open to working a fully in office schedule of 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
