Customer Service Representatives (E-Commerce) Job at FTR Staffing LLC
Great opportunity to join a growing company located in Vernon.
The eCommerce Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Processing orders via calls and online orders
- Addressing concerns/issues via phone, email, chat and portal
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of prior customer service experience preferably online/e-commerce
- B2B or B2C customer support experience is a PLUS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM
Pay Range: $17 to $20/hr. depending on experience
