Customer Service Representative - Saratoga Springs Job at Tide Cleaners - Salt Lake County
We are growing and looking to build our customer service team! Come work for an exciting new franchise that is the fastest growing laundry & garment care brand in the surrounding Salt Lake City Counties.
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and personable customer service shift representative that is looking to advance their career. Because we are expanding rapidly, there are multiple opportunities to move up in our organization & take on additional responsibilities as we grow our footprint.
Requirements/Responsibilities
The customer service shift representative will focus their energy on two key areas that enable an exceptional customer experience:
1. Fast & friendly customer visits (drop off & pick up)
2. Accurate & On-time orders. While it isn't required that you are involved in the cleaning / production process, you will become an expert in garment care so you can help answer questions for our customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Introduce Tide Dry Cleaners benefits to new customers in an upbeat / exciting manner
Build customer loyalty through personalized service (go the extra mile to delight them)
Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Our stores are clean, bright, fresh and air conditioned! Our process is environmentally friendly using Green Earth dry cleaning technology (and Tide/Downy products). We have a full-service drive thru service for drop-off & pick-up, 24-hour automated kiosk and our stores are spotless.
